Taucap Private Limited processes the information you provide through Sonnet Skills to complete your purchase, give you access, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, payment status, order identifiers, attribution data (such as the ad or link you came from), device or session identifiers, and consent records. We also keep your checkout details if you start a checkout but don’t complete payment, so we can help you finish it.

When you use your account, we store your reading progress, the answers you give in chapter audits, and questions you ask inside a book. Our team can see this information to support you and to suggest relevant services.

Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Emails and marketing

We send emails needed for your purchase and account, such as payment confirmations and access details. Tips and offers are sent separately, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

Retention and sharing

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. It may be shared with service providers such as payment, email delivery, analytics or hosting providers, under appropriate safeguards.
