How your purchase is delivered

Everything you buy from Sonnet Skills is delivered as online access. After payment, your books appear in your Sonnet Skills account, and you read them there in your browser, on your phone or laptop.

Books can’t be downloaded. No files are sent to you; you read everything inside your Sonnet Skills account.

After you pay

Once your payment is verified, your access is shown on the confirmation page and an email with your access details is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing physical is shipped.

If you bought the newsletter add-on, its issues are sent to that same email address for the period shown at checkout.

If delivery is delayed

Check the contact details you entered at checkout and your spam folder, then email support@sonnetskills.com with your order ID.
